Couples workshops Help your partner understand what he needs to to do to help you in labour. Many birth partners feel unprepared for the important role they are asked to play. Traditionally men are not birth partners. In todays society most fathers to be attend the birth. However most cannot look to their fathers for advice and certainly not their grandfathers. It is new territory for men and they are asked to perfom such a crucial role. This workshop aims to provide key information to help partners understand what a woman needs in order to labour effectively in terms of environment, movement and emotional support. It is a practical and informative session in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
